  • Shipping & Delivery

    99% of all orders placed before 1PM Eastern time Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) ship the same day. Orders placed after 1PM will ship the following business day (excluding Holidays and weekends).

    We offer shipping services ranging from economical Fist Class Mail (Our Flat-Rate option) to UPS and FedEx ground through overnight. All packages ship from our Clearwater, FL warehouse so take this in mind when selecting ground or postal options. Normal ground shipping to the west coast is typically 5-6 business days whereas postal to the west coast can take as long as 10 business days. The map below is provided by UPS and gives an approximate estimate for ground shipping times. These times are not guaranteed. We do not offer Saturday delivery and neither UPS or FedEx take weekends into account when calculating delivery times. An order placed on Wednesday morning for delivery to California will not arrive until the following Wednesday.

  • Privacy & Security

    When you provide us with any personal information, such as your credit card number when making a purchase, we use SSL data encryption to ensure that no one can read as it is transmitted over the Internet. We use Cookies (small encrypted data files containing references to user ID information that are stored on our secure server and may write to your hard drive) to keep track of your shopping cart. Your information is safely stored behind a firewall that protects it from users from other networks.

    To process your order, notify you of matters that may be of interest and improve your shopping experience, we collect information, such as e-mail addresses, domain names, the number of visits each page receives, and other information you may volunteer. Any personal information that you submit to the site will remain as safe and secure as your credit card information. We collect this information directly without the use of a 3rd party (like Google Analytics).

  • Returns & Replacements

    To return a product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested from AllSerial within 30-days of the date the product was shipped to you. After 30-days, all product returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider. AllSerial's RMA application page can be obtained here:

    All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging and all documentation and accessories. AllSerial will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.(any missing items from a return will have a minimum of 25% re-stocking fee applied)

    All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date issued.
    Shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
    We DO NOT offer cross ship services.

    All returned merchandise must be in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories and unmarked manuals. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items. All warranty cards (if initially provided by the manufacturer) must be left blank. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way. Merchandise initially returned as defective, whose defect cannot be verified, will incur a minimum 25% restocking charge as well as a freight charge for replacement shipment. Merchandise initially shipped 'double-boxed' must be returned to us in like fashion.

  • International Ordering

    At this time cannot accept Non-US addresses for orders. Customers who are located outside the US and still interested in purchasing our products are encouraged to contact us for a custom quote.

  • Sales Tax

    AllSerial is owned an operated out of the state of Florida. All orders which is being billed to, or shipped to, an address inside the state of Florida is subject to state sales tax.
